Welcome to Wynk Lashes. By accessing our website or purchasing our products (including subscriptions), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Wynk Lashes. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wynk Lashes. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Accuracy

We strive to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Subscription Terms (Important)

Our subscription service allows you to build a custom box of lashes delivered monthly. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges.

3.1 Minimum Term By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 monthly boxes.

  • You cannot cancel your subscription before your first 3 boxes have been processed and paid for.

  • The discounted subscriber rate, free gifts (glue/applicator), and free shipping are provided based on this commitment.

3.2 Automatic Renewal After your initial payment, your subscription will automatically renew each month. Your payment method will be charged automatically on your renewal date. Your subscription will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you (after the minimum term) or us.

3.3 Skipping & Styles

  • During the first 3 months: You may swap lash styles and change box sizes via your account, but you cannot skip or cancel.

  • After the 3rd box: You are free to skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal.

3.4 Cancellation To cancel your subscription (after the 3-month minimum term), you must email contact@wynklashes.com or cancel via your account before your next renewal date. If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, you will receive that month's box, and your cancellation will apply to the following month.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Subscription Boxes: Include free UK delivery.

  • One-Time Orders: Delivery fees apply unless the order value exceeds £19.99.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct.

  • Address Changes: For subscriptions, you must update your address in the "Manage Subscription" section of your account. If a box is shipped to an old address because you did not update it in time, we are not responsible for replacing it.

  • Lost Packages: If your UK order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@wynklashes.com.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic items used near the eyes), strict hygiene rules apply.

  • Change of Mind: We only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Subscription Refunds: We do not offer refunds on subscription renewal payments that have already been processed unless the product is faulty.

7. User Account

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wynk Lashes shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
