Returns & Refund Policy
At Wynk Lashes, we want you to be delighted with your order. However, because our products are cosmetic items used near the eyes, we must adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Returns (Change of Mind)
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is completely unopened and in its original condition.
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused and unopened.

The original packaging is intact and in a resaleable condition.

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return: Please email contact@wynklashes.com with the following details:

Your full name

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return
We will reply with the correct return address and instructions.
Please Note:

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method for any approved items.

We cannot refund products that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately.Please email contact@wynklashes.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or fault
3. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
For a limited time only there will be no cancellation penalties or minimum requirement for the subscription boxes.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation (after your minimum term), please email contact@wynklashes.com from the email address linked to your account.
Renewal Refunds: Subscription payments are processed automatically on your scheduled renewal date.

If you wish to skip or cancel, you must do so before your renewal date.

Once a subscription box has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the items are faulty.
4. Delivery Issues

Wrong Address: If you have entered the incorrect address for a one-time order, email us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will try to amend it. For subscriptions, please update your address in the "Manage Subscription" section of your account before your next renewal.

Lost Orders: If your UK order has not arrived 7 working days after you received your dispatch email, please contact us so we can investigate.
