  • International – we ship worldwide

Delivery costs

UK orders

  • Subscription boxes: always free UK delivery
  • One-time orders: £1.80 delivery
  • Free UK delivery on all orders over £19.99, including one-time orders

If your basket is £19.99 or more, delivery is free at checkout.

Any subscription product automatically qualifies for free UK delivery.

International orders

We ship worldwide. International deliveries are charged based on destination. A simple structure to start:

  • Europe: from £6.99, free over £60
  • Rest of world: from £9.99, free over £80

The exact delivery cost for your country will always be shown at checkout before you pay.

How we ship

UK

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail using a letterbox-friendly service where possible, so your Wynk box can be delivered even if you’re not home.

Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days.

International

International orders are sent using standard international services. Delivery times vary by country and local postal service and will be shown at checkout as guidance.

Dispatch and delivery timing

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders the next working day after you place them.
  • Once dispatched, UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
  • International deliveries will take longer and timing depends on the destination and local postal service.

During busy periods (new launches, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

If your UK order hasn’t arrived 7 working days after your dispatch email, please contact us at contact@wynklashes.com and we’ll look into it.

Changing your delivery address

If you have a subscription and you move house or need your box sent somewhere else:

  1. Log into your Wynk account
  2. Go to Manage subscription / Manage my box
  3. Update your delivery address and save your changes

Your future subscription renewals will ship to the new address.

If a box has already been processed or dispatched, it will still go to the old address, so please update your details as early as possible before your next renewal.

For one-time orders, if you’ve entered the wrong address, email contact@wynklashes.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet we’ll do our best to amend it.

Returns (change of mind)

Because lashes are a cosmetic product used near the eyes, we have to follow strict hygiene rules.

We can accept returns when:

  • the item is unused and unopened
  • the original packaging is intact and in a resaleable condition
  • you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

If you’d like to request a return, please email contact@wynklashes.com with:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • the item(s) you’d like to return
  • the reason for the return

We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method for any approved items. We can’t refund products that are used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll fix it.

Please email contact@wynklashes.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

We may ask for further information if needed.

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).

Subscriptions: skipping, cancelling and refunds

Our subscription pricing and freebies (glue, applicators and free UK delivery) are designed for regular lash wearers, not one-off orders.

When you subscribe to a Wynk box you agree to a minimum of 3 monthly boxes at the subscriber price.

During your first 3 boxes you can:

  • change your box size for future months
  • swap lash styles before your next renewal
  • update your delivery address and payment details via Manage subscription

After your 3rd box you can:

  • skip a month if you’ve built up enough lashes
  • cancel your subscription if you no longer want regular boxes

To request a cancellation, please email contact@wynklashes.com from the email address linked to your account.

Subscription payments are taken automatically on your renewal date. If you want to change, skip or cancel, please do this before your next renewal is processed.

Once a subscription box has been processed or dispatched, it is treated like a normal order and cannot usually be refunded unless there is a fault or error with the products.

These rules are in place so that the subscriber discount, freebies and giveaways remain sustainable for us as a small brand and fair for regular customers.
