  • Subscription Boxes: Always FREE.

  • One-Time Orders: £1.80 (Standard Delivery).

  • Orders Over £19.99: FREE (Applies to all baskets, including one-time purchases).

🌍 International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Europe: From £6.99 (Free on orders over £60).

  • Rest of World: From £9.99 (Free on orders over £80).

The exact shipping cost for your country will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.

3. How We Ship

UK Orders We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

  • Letterbox Friendly: Most of our boxes are designed to fit through a standard letterbox, so you don’t need to be home to receive your lashes.

  • Timing: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days.

International Orders International orders are sent via standard international services. Delivery times vary depending on your local postal service and customs processing. Estimated dates will be shown at checkout.

4. Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders the next working day after you place them.

  • Please Note: During busy periods (such as new product launches, Black Friday, or Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer, but we will always do our best to get your order out quickly.

5. Changing Your Address

It is important that your address is correct to ensure you receive your lashes.

  • For Subscriptions: If you move house, please log into your account and update your address under "Manage Subscription". This will ensure future renewals go to the new home.

    • Note: If a renewal has already been processed/dispatched, it will go to the old address. Please update your details before your renewal date.

  • For One-Time Orders: If you have entered the wrong address, please email contact@wynklashes.com immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to amend it.

6. Missing Orders

If your UK order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please let us know. Email us at contact@wynklashes.com with your order number, and we will investigate immediately to ensure you get your lashes.
