Purchase & Cancellation Policy

 

 

 

At Wynk Lashes, we offer flexible ways to shop. Whether you are picking up a single pair of lashes, stocking up on accessories, or joining our monthly club, here is how cancellations and changes work.

 

1. One-Time Purchases (Individual Items & Bundles)

This applies to any non-subscription order, including individual pairs of lashes, glues, applicators, accessories, and one-off "Build Your Own" boxes.

  • Payment: Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout.
  • Cancellation: We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to cancel a one-time order, please email contact@wynklashes.com immediately.
    • If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
    • If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our Returns Policy to return the unopened items for a refund.
  • Returns: You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt.

2. Subscription Purchases (The Monthly Club)

 

 

This applies only if you specifically choose to "Subscribe & Save" to receive regular deliveries of lashes.

A. Minimum Commitment By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 monthly boxes.

  • Because subscribers get significantly lower prices, free UK delivery, and free gifts (glue/applicators), you cannot cancel your subscription until your first 3 boxes have been processed.

  • During these first 3 months, you can still swap your lash styles, change your box size, and update your address via your account.

B. Automatic Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. The payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically on your set renewal date.

C. Cancellation (After Minimum Term) After you have received your 3rd box, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel via the "Manage Subscription" section of your account or by emailing us.

  • Deadline: You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.

  • Late Cancellation: If a renewal payment has already been processed, that month’s box will be shipped, and your cancellation will apply to the following month. We cannot refund renewal charges once they have been processed.

3. Order Changes

 

  • Address Changes: Please double-check your address at checkout.

    • One-Time Orders: Email us immediately if you made a mistake.

    • Subscriptions: You must update your address in your account portal before your renewal date to ensure your next box goes to the right place.

  • Modifying Items:

    • One-Time Orders: We generally cannot add or remove items from a box once the order is placed.

    • Subscriptions: You can swap your lash styles for next month's box at any time via your account portal.
